2. Design & written estimate
You get a real design and an itemized, written estimate. No vague ballparks, no surprises.
3. Scheduling & permits
We lock in your spot and handle any required permits — retaining walls, decks, and fences often need them.
4. The build
Our experienced crew builds it right: proper base prep, drainage, and frost-depth footings engineered for Minnesota.
5. Walkthrough & cleanup
We finish with a full cleanup and walk the completed project with you to make sure it's exactly right.
